App For Tracking Repair Progress in Facebook Page

I would like to use facebook as my business page. I need a plugin on my facebook business page where customers can register (or must have a facebook account) before they can request a repair. The function of the plugin is: Place a job to be done and track progress of the repair, view job history etc. If that can be done, let me know and what's the cost. Also, all codes must be supplied with full documentation. Must be a facebook plugin. I already have my graphic designer so you only need to write code. If I need hosting let me know or if I should have Heroku. You must be a company as this will be ongoing if and when I need to add/remove features.
