Data Mining/Scraping Experts Needed

I need a programmer who is very knowledgeable in data mining and site security, to recreate the functions performed in CRSData.com. Specifically, I need a program that can perform all the functions found in the "Investor Tools", Find, Analyze, and Market sections for listed counties in North and South Carolina. The program will need to automatically scrape down data on a nightly basis. Coder will need to be proficient in GIS systems. This program will be integrated into a soon-to-be-built website, so it will need to be easily transitioned into a website. Code should be 100% bug-free, with no hidden tags. Since this program will be using the same or similar systems as another website, it is imperative not to infringe on any US copyright laws. All work MUST be original, and the new information. If you are not well-versed in US copyright laws, DO NOT bid on this project. Additionally, do not bid on this project if you do not speak and understand the English language. This is the first part of a multi-phase project, so future work with additional data sources will be made available to the right developer. Please submit examples of your original work in data mining systems. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program should run on Windows XP and newer, in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape, and Linux
