Crystal Reports XI Formatting

** Please be able to complete this within *2* days of the job being accepted. The last bidder fell through after 5 days with 'computer issues' ** I have a report which is attached. It is a basic phone book template. Attached should be a large amount of data (~2000 entries perhaps). They are grouped by type (Contractors, Builders, Dentists, etc). I need three four: a. The header currently says: GROUP #1 Name-Group #1 Name. I need the header to say First Group On Page name-last group on page name (if the groups are different). If the groups are the same, it should simply say the group on the page. b. The listings are a fixed height, and do not have periods between the entry and the phone number. I need them to have the periods as the attached word sample doc shows. c. I need to have a black bar one inch thick, and half the page high on the side of the page. d. As this will be printeda s a book, I need the margin to alternate, and the page # to alternate between sides. C. also needs to alternate from side to side. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Crystal Reports XI ****ONLY**** not 10, 9, 8... 11!
