COMPLETE SQL SERVER PROJECT

I am trying to make a break from an MS Access backend to SQL Server for one reason. I need to have sattelite locations, and sync data a few times a day at most. Maybe even once per day. I need someone who is familiar with the SQL server setup. I am an MS Access guru, and have a large database. I can easily convert it to SQL server, and attach the front ends DB's to it, and it works fine. What I don't have a grasp on is then making it sync with other office PC's. In each office there will be one PC which will house the data and then all other PC's use a front end wich communicates with the backend. I should have about 4 backends.... One at the main office, holds the master copy of the data that we use steady each day on one shift. 1 sattelite office, stationary PC 2 Laptops. What I don't want to do, is have a VPN. I have tried, and it is very cumbersome to maintain. I am looking for some type of internet sync process. What I have for hardware: Medium sized network at main location. 10 Custom Built PC's all with no frills multimedia, and decent hardware. 2 Independant laptops..both fin the 2 ghz processor speed range. 1 standalone pc at the sattelite office, custom built similar hardware config as the main office machines. I have a Dual WAN Hawking Router at both ends, because I have DUAL WAN connections. One of the WAN connections on both ends has a static IP. I also own a dedicated web server that exists in some server farm. It is used to simply serve web sites. The bidder MUST be able to configure all of these machines with a dummy database. My business works with Medical Information so security is an issue and the successful bidder will need to sign a confidentiality agreement. I will provide a way of telecommuting to all of the machines that are of issue. ## Deliverables Also, the job will not be complete until the following things have happened: 1. Demo DB's are set up and running on 2 locations, and data is updated bidirectionally when changes are made for either PC. 2. The real database is up and running, and bidirectionally synchronizing data. I can be contacted via AIM, or MSN, although I prefer AIM. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows 2003 server for the Web Server
