CMS with approval and notification system for web page

this project is to update how infomation 2 websites are preapared & managed <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Basically we need to reorganize this page and how the information is entered. Presently the pages are all on static PHP pages (see drop-down called "previous years") and the information is entered directly on each page. So the first thing would be would be to create a database to accept the dividend and dates etc. Note : this page will change how the information is organised rather than by year as it is presently it woudl be done by the classes of share with the years listed below (details will be provided) [][1] The second is to create a permission-based approval process to ensure that two people approve a change before it is posted live to the website (as well as having a preview) also an admin panel to add and edit the information. The admin panel will allow user to log in ... e-mail address and password etc Then they would add information or edit/delete etc.. Once this is done the the second person on this list person on the list would receive a notification by e-mail showing the new page/information and for approval. .... once both people approve it then the information would go live. For each year there is a dividend four times a year. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
