Display Results after Login

I currently administer a website. We have a Dealer section for people to login and get information and process things. This information is stored in a table in a mysql db and pulled from there. We have an internal database that we would like to get online so that the dealers can check on things themselves without calling us. This will only require them to see about 5 fields out of many and be able to see the past 30 days or so of history. I need help setting up something that would access our database and display the information to the dealer based on their login and their dealer information only. The database size is huge and I am guessing having an offsite SQL server using ASP will be the best. I can put a small portion out for testing. This is something I am sure I can do and should not take long at all to program.
