Delux Shopping Cart

We are looking to have a shopping cart built with a variety of features and add on modules and gateways. It will have to have the ability to work with ASP and PHP and also work with Access, SQL and MySQL databases. It will also have to be able to work and be configured to work and incorporate with any website design with ease. (We will provide a copy of the basic layouts we use for you to work with) We want most of the features to be handled within the database and accessible from the admin section so that users can easily alter the shopping carts look and feel. We basically want a clone of the VPASP shopping cart with all the features and modules it offers plus a few extra that we came up with. We will also provide you with a copy of the vpasp shopping cart, the add on modules and the gateways that we own. We will be happy to offer the addons and upgrades to the winning coder of this project in private auctions so htat you can earn more from this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP and PHP with the abilility to use Access, SQL and MySQL databases and be cross browser compatible.
