Data Collection Web Application

I need a web application that allows the user to define and upload their data (txt, excel, csv, delimited) into my web site and dynamically captured into ms sql server. My own engine will need to process the data automatically (proprietary) and output a report instanteously for the user to view the report (pdf, ppt, or word) immediately for download.? The application should allow the user to customize the fields and types of data that they are uploading.... by columns and rows, or even paste it online (need to define the first row name) The user can manage his upladed files and reports via an explorer view. The UI should have a series buttons that the administrator could define the name and link to the? particular report in the server.
