ASP.NET C# SQL Server web site for finding a location for a date

A web site is to be built that allows people to find their ideal location for a meeting with a partner. Users would be able to fill in a search form and see a list of locations, then click on one and see more details. Users could register, and then be able to add their own locations, and leave comments on locations other people have added. An admin section would allow the site owner to administer the site. The site is to be written in C#, using ASP.NET 2.0 with Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
