Dear sir(s) / madam(s): I'm a software developer with 15+ years experience. I would like to know what exactly how your web-based application works and how your helper application integrates to it. I have experience writing cross-platform reports and labels (with and without barcodes) using Lazarus/FreePascal. Using this programming tool and language, on a single source code base you can compile 100% native executable programs for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. I'm bidding on the cost of developing a Mac application that receives CSV or XML data and generates reports or labels based on it.
