Add a page to this ASP.NET catalog application

Attached you will find the source code for an ASP.NET application, along with two SQL Server 2008 database backups. The ASP.NET application is a catalog of e-learning courses. It reads from a database formatted like the one in the "[login to view URL]" file, and displays the course information by Category, and then by Title once you click on a category. The change I want to make is to add a new page to this catalog for Featured Content, called FeaturedContent.aspx. This page will be linked from [login to view URL] (as shown in the attached [login to view URL]), and will display a list of courses just like the Category links do, except that the content for this page will be determined by a new column in the database. If you look at the database contained in [login to view URL], you'll notice I've added a bit column called [FeaturedContent]. Any course with a "true" in this column should be listed on the FeaturedContent page, hyperlinked to their course descriptions, just like on the Category pages. The courses should be listed alphabetically, and duplicate course titles should not be shown (e.g., if there are two courses called "Example Course One," only one entry for that course should display). You will notice that the application has some other functionality, such as adding courses to a Learning List, and exporting the Learning List as a PDF. This functionality must stay intact; any changes you make must not break it, and the courses listed on the Featured Content page must be able to be added to the Learning List. Please note: Once I select a coder, I will provide a database backup that contains the actual production data.
