Create iPhone game like this one

Including: 1)Game center 2) in app purchase Other requirements: 1) I will have the source code graphic file and all related file of the game 3) You have are also responsible for the game sound, game character design and graphic design (developer without graphic designer partner can still apply , will have less money) 4) Must be iOS 4.x and 5.x compatible. 5) Application cannot be released after our purchase and cannot be sold/modified for resale to any other party after our purchase. 6) The game must be submitted by my apple developer account What I expect: 1) I am looking for a long term partnership.
