Amazing iPhone Data-drivin App

We need someone who is an expert in coding for iPhone (iOS) & database (SQlite) to create very simple, high quality, beautiful looking iPhone app. (iPad & Android versions will follow). The project is very simple, it have Multi views, reading offline data from the database (SQlite) into a Table views, and share buttons into social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ ... etc) the full description and details will provided if you won the project. (you have to give us the best solution to develop the app and the most professional way to develop the project). The code should explained with notes step by step and can be customized if we need to use it in other apps. IMPORTANT: - You should be familiar with all Apple's Development Guidelines (development & UI design). - You must be experience in App Development (Objective C / XCode etc), SQLite, and excellent UI Design. - We are looking for someone creative who can provide solutions and creative ideas. - This is one of numerous apps we'd like to develop after this app, plus we will develop iPad and Android version after launch this one, If you win this project, you will have the highest chance to work on our future projects.
