Create lists of keywords for a job board aggregator

Create lists of keywords for a job board aggregator I need 3 lists of keywords 1) broad job categories (eg: technology, IT, human resources, secretary, programmer, dba, veterinarian) 2) locations in the united states (eg california, west l.a., sacramento, duluth) 3) job-related keywords that are perhaps too specific to have their own category but broad enough that they might have a lot of searches on them: eg perl (a technology skill) or "phr" (a human resources certification). The keywords do not need to be permuted like for an adwords campaign, I will be using them as a basis for organizing a database around, and a crawler. If you would care to suggest more lists of keywords I would be open to this. Please estimate in your bid how many keywords you will come up with for each category.
