Attracting property traffic to website

I am working for a property company - Brio property, who are actively seeking to attract motivated sellers who are willing to sell their property at Below market vakue (typically with a 25 per cent discount). We have a functioning website which has been modified to appear on a google search in the evenings and weekends We basically want to attract far more traffic and be top of search lists - when people type key words such as sell property fast... ets thank you for your time ## Deliverables This work needs to be carried out as soon as possible so that we achieve immediate results and increased hits onto the site. We are a relatively small company so do not have the largest budget however will pay for the right work to be done if the results are generated Additionally an additional website needs to be set up to attract visitors to the main site ## Platform windows xp
