Children's book illustrator / cartoonist

I'm looking for a great illustrator to work with on a children's eBook we have created. There will be approximately 30 pages to the book with some kind of illustration on all pages. We also need a front and back cover included. Your quote will be for this noe book only. Please, no "logo" designers on this job, I need an illustrator who has done books/comics/storyboards before! We are at the beginning of a very exciting launch and need to work with some excellent, responsive and skilled talent. There is a load of work coming for this character set, the book is just the first; we'll need someone who can freehand-illustrate and weave "real-life" into sketches (a bit like Charlie and Lola), caricature, cartoon illustrate, sketch new ideas quickly for approval. Any experience/skills in moving animation and Adobe a great advantage. Fantastic spoken and written English is essential as there will be much communication for the successful bidder. If you don't quote "MNL/03317/D" in your reply it will mean that you can't communicate and I won't even look at your bid. Copyright for the designs created for all characters in the book will remain mine (the company's) once done and we will be using the characters, theme and all aspects of the design on other platforms, comics, website, blogs and any other literature or media in the future.
