Cartoon Illustrator (just sketches)

Looking for a great quality, fast to design and implement, cartoon drawer / illustrator (only require sketches). The cartoons I am looking for are relatively simple, black and white (occasional color in 1 corner of cartoon drawing) and never too many details in anyone of the drawings. Cartoon drawing must LOOK GREAT but at same time, looking for speed to execute. I will attach sample drawings of what I need / want. Please provide me an estimate amount of time it would take to draw each slide. I can then estimate how long it would take to draw 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 ( 5 is the average number needed per project). I will never need more than 6 drawings at one time and all similar to what is in power point. If you have the ability to story board, please highlight in your response. Thanks, Jaime
