I am seeking an artist to design the art for a product/plush toy that I am creating. It would be to create a cartoon illustration of children characters-- human children with happy and fun emotions, bright colors, whimsical, but also clean and simple. I would need the design for 2 purposes: 1. To send to the manufacturer as a protoype design for them to create the product. 2. For the packaging/tag and for the website. I will post images shortly of what I have for you to design off of.

Hello, I work with Wacom graphic tablet, Inkling and adobe Illustratoror or photoshop, also many classic techniques (charcoal, watercolor, ink, pen,.. ).
