Design a single page A4 Bifold or Half Fold Menu Brochure for print - output in Illustrator and PDF files

I need a double side A4 300 dpi for print Bifold Restaurant Menu designed. The older version, company logo, company website details and New Menu details on xcel sheet are all on attached zip file. On the excel sheet, the tab 'New Menu' has these details and these are the only details we are concerned about on the sheet, for clarity. The Restaurant wants a change of look and simply say, they want it to look "More Delicate". The rest is up to the designer to use their skill on decisions of look, colours, photos/vectors etc to decide. But the parameters above ie A4 300dpi for print Bifold must be adhered to. Output needs to be Illustrator and PDF files. Potential Designers need quickly submit a mock up or quick outline of the style and look they think would be best. Prices need to be between 8 and 12 Euro, I don't want to waster other peoples time. All text is available on xcel so this is not needed.
