Complete New Customer Installs

We sell a web app to our clients that is integrated with a website template we theme for them. The app is built in codeigniter, and the front end template is a bootstrap. I am looking for someone to help set up new customers and do the front end customization. This includes uploading logos, images, content, and making CSS changes to fonts, color schemes, etc. In addition to customizing the front end, you will be given specific tasks that alter the functionality of the web app. This job will be ongoing and average 15-20 hours per week. More hours will be add as needed to complete jobs, and as we gain more clients. I expect all of the developers I work with to be working when you're on the clock. I am very strict about this and will only pay for productive time.
