Animation Shooting and Editing

Hi, Matt here and (I won't bother you with my skills) I would do your video like this: 1) From a practical point I would go for 30 frames per second (typical MP4 video). That means for your number of images and desired length 15 images shown in each second for 2 (video) frames each or 0.067 s - that would need to be 0.06 due to video software practical unit. So altogether that would be 320 x 0.06 seconds or 19.2 s, leaving some time to speed and slow down image changes at the start and end, respectively. Even better would be to use 20 images per second and expand 16 seconds to 20 etc. 2) With that speed and images themselves I strongly believe not much will be actually visible and the viewer will get a "blurred" gray planes where there is a text, only be able to see first and last image well. 3) Images in PNG format would be extracted from all 320 PDFs. The issue here is resolution - by saving your provided PDF as an image and then shrink it to 720 pixels vertical resolution (to get a final video of 1280 x 720 pixels) the width of an image is 932 pixels. How should that be adjusted? By adding blank (white) space on each side. If doing that, I would create a script using (free) ImageMagick that would expand all images in a folder to final resolution. 4) And then it's just copying and pasting images into video editing software and adjusting timings. For such speed changes no fading effects are meaningful - only images would change. Looking forward to your reply, Matt

Hello! I can suggest you not only shoot this pdf file but to create an animation like: your logo on a big book, which opens and we run thru your database page by page very quickly. And on the back cover we can see your logo and contacts. But if creation of 20 second digital video that will run non-stop is all you would like to see - I can quickly and easily do this too.

is the whole page = one frame of the video ? so you want to play 320 frames within 20 seconds only ??? i think the user will be unable to see any data of what you are showing in the video !!!

In order to turn (about) 320 images into a 20 second video, you'll see 16 images per second of screen time. I would animate this process digitally in order to get the best control while keeping the content hidden. I would shoot a high resolution video of a printed deck, more than 320 pages thick on a coffee table or desk. Combining these two videos would illustrate the depth of the content available.
