Design some Icons

I need a graphic designer. Posting this as an initial project but i will have 5-10 more just like it. Ideally you also have website design experience with WordPress & are pleasant to deal with, competent, etc! This project is tiny. I'd like to do a banner for the following website: [login to view URL] (it's the one on the homepage). I'm not able to edit the image once I upload it to wordpress so please make it the correct size. 2 logos - 'Oracle Eloqua' and Marketo. I would like a banner to signify an article comparing the two products. The text (I'm thinking) is 'Clash Of The Titans'. Please take your pick of the logo's from Google Images - though preferred for Eloqua is the Square Logo with Oracle in a red box at the bottom. I think for somebody talented this should be a 5 minute job! Thanks, Peter.
