Cartoon portraits of team members (based on digital photos)

We are looking for a creative illustrator to create cartoon-style portraits of 8 people (marketing team members). Important notes: - for each team member we need three different cartoon characters describing what he's doing on daily basis - for example: team member John Doe works as a weather forecast presentor and conference moderator so we need a regular portrait (1), a character holding an umbrella (2) and a character holding a microphone (3) - another example: team member Jane Doe works as a project leader and community manager, so we need a regular character, a character with a pen behind the ear and a character with Facebook "F" icon attached - the idea is to provide items that will tell more about that person So in total we need 3 characters x 8 persons: 24 characters.
