Booking and Allocation software

Hi we have a medium sized business located in perth WA and im surprises i havnt been able to find something to fit our needs. As all our cleaners are mobile and once off jobs i need a booking system that also allocates the booking to the avaliable cleaning and then sorts by location I need a program that takes booking requests of my webite. (thats the easy part) Then 1. Sends it to the cleaner who does that requested service and is avaliable on the times/days preferances selected by the client on the website. (in the background will need individual calendars for each cleaner to edit and change avaliable days and abilities. 2. Then once it has found a day for the booking assigns it in a time slot based on location so the cleaner is traveling in a straight line to differant houses not zig zag or back to front. (maximising jobs and service capabilities) The cleaners calender need to be compatable with a iphone. and also sends the information to a main business calendar for storage and viewing by the reception team. I also would like to offer anyone who can take it that much further a 20% share in the itilectual property as we have a new business on the side that can maket and sell the software to other small business.
