Custom Holiday Animated e-Card Project - 3D/Flash

Seeking experienced animator who can design and develop an animated Holiday e-Card (electronic greeting card) that includes a 3D spinning earth globe along with some snowflakes falling in the background and custom greeting message from the client. The final e-card will need to be a flash .swf file which will be embedded within an html page. The spinning globe will need to randomly highlight 17 different countries across the globe where the client has a work presence in with rays/streams of light outlining the country in a rainbow of colors. The snowflakes falling should incorporate the alpha icon from the clients logo subtly. There will be a generic holiday background song to include with the e-card which will be provided by us. The client would need to deliver the actual e-card by the first week in December so we have about 3 weeks production time from start to finish to work with. I want to make sure the client has enough time to provide feedback and make adjustments as needed before launch date.
