PIC programmer (microcontroller for robot)(repost)

I need to create an autonomous robot able to transport objects in an industrial area. I need an experienced professional to create program, design electrical schemes and choose electrial components (sensors, motors,...). Should be able to interact with mechanical designer to find the better solution.
