The cad model, commutation, brushes, coil shape etc are to be done. In addtion, bearing placement, preloading etc are mandatory. Now lets see it this way - - The power is 300 N @ 30 m/s = 90 kW and a car battery can deliver about 1000 Watt-hour. So we need to work from scratch to solve the limitation.
