Create a Wordpress Template

hi i own a fashion blog website, but looking to upgrade the theme...the website was hosted on [login to view URL] by another web designer on blogspot, we didn't like it so i switched myself and the site is currently being hosted on hostgator its running on a wordpress platform. so 1) my partner and i want a simple well developed responsive theme, white background with apace for ads side widgets, social and so on...something like [login to view URL] 2) a better host platform for the site...besides internetbs and hostgator? 3) what's the pricing for something like this going to be? looking forward to getting a reply cheers
