Clean MYSQL DB Clean Up

Hi, We have a mySQL database that needs to be cleaned up and normalized. Such as: Table Names need to be fixed eg. "MY TABLE" change to My_Table Field Names need to be fixed Primary Keys Foreign Keys Mapping Creation of Sub Tables, eg excolumn1, excolumn2, excolumn3 should create a sub table on these (leave the fields in the top level table). Check all the data types etc. This is a high priority job, need someone who will get this done and get it back in 24hrs. Thanks
