Create Reports based on Form Responses in Google Spreadsheets.

I need help completing a report that summarizes date imputed into google spreadsheet. I'm not looking for microsoft excel. This is a complicated job because a large portion of this job or spreadsheet was created by someone else on Odesk needs adjustments. I am having trouble reaching this person to finalize the job. I need someone who an expert in advanced macros codes in google spreadsheet programming, and how to create a nice looking report. This job requires heavy macros programming knowledge and writing codes. If you are just learning or what not that isn't going to work. I want someone who can give good estimates on time it will complete the project, and do it on time. If you make mistakes, you fix them on your time not mine. I am looking for an ongoing relationship. I need this done immediately.
