Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments as well as coordinate and book complex travel - domestic and international
Book reservations - both business and social, coordinate all appointments with office staff
Manage all office business, personal mail and email correspondence
Receptionist duties - recieve and greet all guests and visitors - making all feel welcome
Exposure to high profile people will require the utmost in confidentiality and discretion
Energetic and extremely organized
Assist with miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed
Job qualifications:
College degree required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong Excel Skills are required
Strong ability in business writing skills
Ability to work on time sensitive deadlines often requiring creative multitasking
Excellent prioritizing skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Flexible and willingness to work overtime, as needed
