Creation of Mailing Lists

This project consists of finding contacts and entering them into a excel spreadsheet. Required contact details to develop a email database of persons & companies which will include State, County and City traffic engineers, independent engineering and consulting firms,Systems installation companies, and manufacturers representatives. Interested in traffic related law enforcement persons - traffic enforcement division heads, sherriff / police chief, etc. Initially interested in contacts from the United States. This project should be completely web based research, no phone calls. Most of this will be cut and paste with the hard part being surfing sites to find the names.
