Contact Management System - De-Duplication & Data Entry

I am in need of someone to complete some data entry for my organizations [login to view URL] database. We have about 10,000 accounts in our system and about 2000 of them are duplicates. I need someone to go in and complete all of the merges on those 2,000 accounts to eliminate the duplication that exist. Also, There are roughly 1,000 accounts that are missing address information or phone numbers so I would like to have the same person clean up those records and locate the missing information on Google. My budget is very tight on this project, but there will be future jobs for someone who can prove their talents.
