Hi, can help. Will provide that type functionality for google docs. You client will see only unhiden column from master spreadsheet. Actually it will be synchronized copy of master sheet without hidden columns. You only need mark hidden columns with some colour as background colour which differ from white (which is default google spreadsheet colour). Regards, Viktor

Hi, I think I can do this job. But I didn;t find any method to hide permanently a particular column, but you can hid a particular sheet from viewing in google sheet. Hope you need to put in two sheets..one is master and other is public. Let us discuss and take it further. Thanks

I can do it. I can password protect the hidden columns and hence no one else can view it. its not that easy but I can write an script.

MS Excel specialist is here I surely can hide those column, other user can't change it,not even copy data from those column. with simple excel function not macro. I would be glad for an opportunity to do this project.
