Caricaturist based in China - open to bidding

Hi there, I saw your application for my project. I am not offering the job to you yet as I would like to clarify a few things: 1) Do you have a caricaturist based in China? This is because I do not have the budget to fly someone in from Vietnam to Shanghai, unless you are willing to cover flight and accommodation yourself. 2) Do you have a site that I can take a look at? 3) Do you have a specific artist to recommend, and could I view his / her past work?
