Browser Plugins

Hi I am looking to develop a set of browser plugins to work with Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. The key functionality is as follows - User browses the internet and visits a shopping website. - The plugin will check a database containing a list of online shops - If the site they are on is listed in the database the plugin will display a message in the browser A demo of a very similar plugin can be found here [login to view URL] I have a database with the data in which you can use in whichever way you think would make the best plugin.
