If not, or they hit # transfer call into queue, but substitute the Caller ID with the user-entered account number in the caller ID " if the user pressing # it means the user doesn't have any id to enter , so what will we transfer to the Q as caller id. kindly let me know if we can have a little chat about your script. regards,

Hello, I propose system will be setup as following: 1. OS: CentOS 6 or 7 2. Asterisk: 11 or 13 ( latest version ) 3. Freepbx : I suggest using 12 (legendary version ) . Version 13 is very stupid with bad designed. 4. Fail2ban 5. Diaplan will be coded as requirement. I can build on demo server if you need to test.
