Android App Fix

I need four small changes to my app. 1. Make it so that all WebActivity Pages allow my users to upload content. 2 In the app users are allowed to download content. When they download they see a download progress bar. The app also allows users to upload content back. A upload progress bar is needed. 3. The app uses flat images for buttons. They don't have a up-state and a down/pressed state so uses can see that they have pressed a button. 4 my app uses a custom listview. When a uses touches something in the list audio will play. if the user touches the same selection again the music stops. I want my users to know which selection in the list is playing.
