465508 Elegant File Rename Script

I need a script that will allow me to change the file name of any files and directories the script is run on.

I would also like it to include a filter that will allow it to only show certain file types to be renamed.

I also want it to have what i call "transparent view"

This will simply show all the files including those in any directory all at once. (Pagination can be used)

It will also need to do the same if a filter is applied.

I'm looking for a nice and clean professional layout and flow with the use of css, ajax and jquery.
