Du wirst direkt mit uns Unternehmern zusammenarbeiten und somit die Chance haben, von denen zu lernen, die wirklich erfolgreich das tun, von dem andere nur reden.
Du bist:
- chancenorientiert?
- hast große Ziele und Ambitionen?
- du denkst nicht "ich brauche 44,74€ Stundensatz, sonst mache ich gar nichts", sondern willst dir langfristig auch etwas eigenes aufbauen und bist deswegen bereit, mit uns Vollgas zu geben und von uns zu lernen?
- du bist Performer?
- du bist bereit, mindestens mehrere Wochen im Jahr zu uns nach Zypern zu kommen, um intensiver zusammenarbeiten zu können (der Rest remote)? (Villa am Strand, gemeinsame Gruppe motivierter junger, zielstrebiger Online Marketer, die viel gemeinsam arbeitet und unternimmt)
Du kannst:
- mit Wordpress umgehen?
- hast ein Grundverständnis für PHP / MySQL / HTML / CSS - und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen selbst damit gemacht?
- idealerweise hast du schon erste Erfahrungen mit SEO / Online Marketing gemacht
- du lernst extrem schnell?
- extrem eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, ich muss bei dir nie nachfragen, ob etwas schon erledigt ist, sondern du forderst permanent neue Aufgaben?
Referenzen und Bildung:
Ist uns völlig egal. Wir brauchen echte Performance. Formalitäten sind uns egal.
Deine Tätigkeit:
- Du wirst die rechte Hand des Chefs der "Technikabteilung", d.h. du lernst unsere Projekte und unsere Software kennen und übernimmst die Organisation und Umsetzung der Entwicklung einzelner Funktionen der Software.
- Du wirst auch immer wieder Fleißarbeiten unterstützend machen, wenn niemand zur Verfügung steht, oder diese an andere Freelancer koordinieren. (gehört im Onlinemarketing dazu. Aktuell machen wir das noch selbst, und brauchen mehr Zeit für strategische Entwicklung)
- idealerweise 40h+/Woche
