Need a script run on my multisite to change a setting on all 200+ sites

I have a plugin on all my multisites that needs a setting changed on it. There is a check box I need unchecked on each site. They all have the same URL except the subdomain is differet. I need a script written and run to help me achieve this. Thanks.
