Integration of two cloud services through one webhook

I have an online service (cloud service 1) "embedded" in a Wordpress (cloud service 2). When users access the embedded cloud service 1 through Wordpress, I need their usernames to be also registered in the cloud service 1. This would be possible through a webhook that triggers from Wordpress an HTTP POST to a URL that includes the user's name.

There are a few possibilities on implementing this with wordpress, a custom wordpress module would be one solution which could implement the HTTP request with informationed gathered from the current user activitiy or from the wordpress database. Do you have a documentation for the HTTP request?
