Connect Instagram Shopping to WooCommerce (Facebook Pixel Metadata issue)

We've installed the "Facebook for WooCommerce" plugin (v2.0.5) for WooCommerce plugin and that is properly linked to Facebook Page and Pixel. The Facebook page is in-turn properly linked to our Instagram account. It's created a catalog with all our products properly (data-source = app). For some reason though this is not a selectable catalog and isn't showing up in Instagram shopping. I created another catalog and tried to import via the pixel but it says "this pixel's microdata is incomplete or incorrectly formatted". I need an expert at setting up WooCommerce for Instagram Shopping that can make quick work of solving all this for us. Thanks! Have you connected WooCommerce with Instagram Shopping? What's your experience level with doing this (ie: how many different WooCommerce installations have you done this for)? What do you think is wrong and please explain how you will solve this.
