Build a website within 24hrs

I require a simple wordpress website set up within the next 24hrs - if you are unable to do it within the timeframe - then do not apply. The site is based on the swimming pool industry in Australia. The site requirements are: a) It is a simple 8 tab wordpress site. b) One page requires a contact form c) Header / Footer on page as well. d) I want it designed to the same style as my existing work website. All logos have been designed. All information has been clearly laid out on each page. I already have an additional website page - that you can use for reference of how I would like it laid out (to keep it looking similar). The only thing that I have missing is the background photos for the site - you may be able to assist on this ? The process will be in the following steps: 1) I will review your existing website design, and award project. 2) I will dropbox/copy all files across to you for review (7MB) 3) You design website and email me link for review within 24 hours.(1st Milestone released - 33%) - if you have any questions, I am on email most of the time, and can Skype as reqd. 4) I will advise of any changes, errors etc. I will clearly indicate the changes that are required. 5) You update changes within the following 24hrs, and then assist in uploading site to current web hosting site. (2nd Milestone released - 33%) 6) The final amount of 33% will only be paid, if the project is undertaken within the timeframes above (24hrs / 48hrs) and that the contact forms, links etc are all working 100%. In approximately 4 weeks, I will need the website modifying, and also have some other sites that need developing - so I am looking at this as a long term partnership.
