2353 Basic static site to WordPress

Need to convert a simple client website ([login to view URL]) into a WordPress theme based site. We already have our own hosting and only need conversion. Would prefer you to do all parts. Existing theme is open source template (Andreas03) that we want to continue to use. Just need it as a working WordPress site. Will also need to keep existing CSS stylesheet etc. If you cannot DL files for website we can supply in zip file/however required. We have familiarity with PHP and WordPress, and our own business website uses WordPress: I just don't have the time to do this project. Should probably take no more than an hour or so to complete. No attribution comments/credit links/changes to content can be made: please keep this exactly as is. Prefer you to upload/install WP 2.0.4 via FTP and have setup and working with an admin user. I will then create a lower-level WP user for client to make future self-updates to site. We want to use permalinks so that a new blog page is a section of the site: the main site is just static pages (like [login to view URL] -- our own site). We will have a "Blog" link in the nav bar on the right. Also prefer to have database tables in existing database but with table prefix, as we only have a limited number of MySQL databases available in our hosting account. Further work available for the right programmer: we would like to outsource our web work and concentrate on other parts of our business. Prefer communication via email. Please don't use SMS-style language to talk to us: full english please! No "how r u" style messages -- "how are you" is what I prefer, thanks. Not sure what else yet to put.
