i have a word document with my daughter's poetry. The 4 tasks are: 1- we want page 1 to start on 'real' page 9, and i don't know how to do that 2- we want the last NUMBERED page to be the last page that has text on it. 3- the book will be 5.5" X 8.5". I want to make sure we are ok -- we are printing with [login to view URL], so you will have to check with [login to view URL] that our page size will be ok for 5.5" X 8.5" (i think it needs to be a bit wider than that, not sure - to verify with [login to view URL]). 4- we have to present a PDF, so that is the format we need.
