Simple Mobile Transfer of Files for Transcription Script -TODAY

*** Selecting Coder Tonight May 19 EST *** Summary: The goal of this project is to create a solution to the following problem: I need the ability to get Voice recorder files off of a Windows Mobile 5 Smarthone over the wireless network (EVDO in this case) to a third party that will be performing a transcription on them daily in batches. At one time daily, a server side process should determine if there is anything new since the last digest notification. If there are no new files since the last digest send/alert it should do nothing. If there are new files to process then it should send an email notification that there are files to process to the third party transcriber with either zipped files attached, or a link to retrieve/transcribe them. So there are two pieces to this: -Windows Mobile Client side -Server side (php is fine) I'm looking for the simplest solution to the problem. If there are free blog software, message board, etc for handling the digest/sending on server side and is not overkill, I'd take this, or would take a simple php server side pages with minimal screens/config to handle this task. My goal is fast to complete and simple. On the client side if there are free/simple ftp scripts, etc I'd take this as part of solution. All files will be in one directory on the Smartphone device. Windows mobile Client app(or script, or free app) should be scheduled to run its job at times throughout the day to check for new stuff to send in the directory. If new files to send to server, should connect through the default windows mobile data network (handling all creating of connection if not exist already, retries, etc all 'silently' in background). I'm not looking for 'super app' here, just a very simple solution to this problem above. If coder knows windows mobile network coding and php this should be a very quick project to complete. Of course I will take any intelligent additions to my requirements.
