C# Project working on G Maps API

Need a winforms app that works with Goggle Maps API to get results and create custom maps with grids. User will use his own API in the app. He will search for a business and location (with an autocomplete type box) so as he types check with Goggle for the business and location and display options. When he selects he will then enter keyword to search on and specify type of grid and grid distance. Results will be shown in terms of where he ranks for the keyword for each point on the map based on the grid size and grid points. All results will be saved both in HTML, and to dbase (MDB) User will be able to compare results on different search dates.
