Fix a Windows problem with printing

Need to solve a windows printing issue which is probably connected with users, temp folders, permissions etc. using a HP WiFi Desktop printer. It will not allow printing from MS applications such as office, excel etc. but from PDF for example it is fine. Tried changing Temp folder to another location, tried re-installing drivers, change permissions etc. no luck. Dont want to setup system again. Can work via teamviewer to fix this problem.
