XHTML CSS single page from PSD + menu

Easy job for experienced HTML/CSS coders. I need the web page coded to nice and clean and tableless XHMTL Strict/CSS from the provided PSD file (see attached file to get the idea how the page looks like) CSS and XHTML need to be hand-coded, not exported from Imageready or other software. The menu should use Milonic DHTML menu ([login to view URL]) with background images matching the provided design. Milonic DHTML menu can be downloaded for free with many examples available on site. The submenus should open from right to left. The items and links for populating the menu will be provided. The page requirements: - all text in the design should be text, not images - must contain parts that include plain text, image on the right, image on the left, image at the center, with text properly flowing (proper classes or styles for the images must be defined) - the page is fixed width, left-aligned, the background image for fill-up will be provided - the design may not distort when a lot of text is inserted (must expand downward properly) - in addition, you have to code a sample table as enclosed (see [login to view URL]) - must be valid XHTML Strict and valid CSS Please provide some XHMTL/CSS example of your previous works.
